Background and Experience:
Sarah works with individuals and teams to enhance their performance and contribution to the organisation. She combines over fifteen years senior management experience and extensive psychological training to provide challenging, creative and pragmatic executive coaching. Focus areas include developing leaders, high performing/high potential managers and executives, as well as those experiencing performance issues, in areas including:

Sarah maintains her high professional standards through ongoing CPD and supervision. She has been an executive coach for the last ten years.
Sarah graduated in 1984 with B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology and began her career in technical services research before moving into increasingly senior management roles. Sarah completed her MBA (Open University Business School) in 1998 and her M.Sc in Occupational Psychology (Leicester University) in 2005.
Sarah combines this academic background with a strong commercial background in global and blue chip organisations (eg., Citibank, The Burton Group, NatWest Markets). She has held a number of senior management roles particularly within information systems and technology functions. Sarah was Head of Global Technical Services at NatWest Markets for a number of years where she was responsible for the strategy and service of the global IT trading environment. More recently, as Head of Service Development and then as Head of Business Services at NFC plc, Sarah has had responsibility for group strategy and organisation development, and played a key role in the transformation of IT services.
Sarah is fully trained and accredited in the use of a number of psychometric and assessment tools including by Bigby Havis/Hanover Executive to use ASSESS competency assessment and development tools, by Belbin Associates to use Belbin team role products, and by Capstone International to use the Team Climate Survey. She is a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the BPS’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology, a full Member of the Association for Coaching, and a Graduate Member of the Society for Coaching Psychology.
