Background and Experience:
Having studied Interior Design with the National Design Academy in Nottinghamshire and having had many years experience of Design I then went on to study at Post Graduate level, accredited by the University of Chester with Barefoot Coaching, in Personal and Business Coaching. I spent a number of years studying practical philosophy with The School of Philosophy and not only apply it to daily life but bring an element of it into my coaching.
Brief Description:
My company 'New Lifestyle coaching' focuses on individuals that are planning a change in life circumstance. Career, relationship and self esteem as well as Interior design and de-cluttering of their own space. I also plan to add style coaching in the future and am interested in colour theory and how i can incorporate it into my coaching.

I am specialising in coaching people in the Interior Design and de-cluttering of their own space - whether it be at home or in a professional establishment. I use coaching techniques to help clients find out about themselves and their environment and help them see that their surroundings can have a profound and emotional affect on them. It is also a fun way for people to be introduced to the concept of coaching.
