Brief Description:

My approach in all assignments is based on three principle elements -

  1. Work with the client to help them clarify what they really want to achieve for themselves, their teams and their "stakeholders",  then determine a strategy for action and act as "critical friend" to support and challenge them to reach their goal.
  2. Take a systemic view - looking beyond the immediate for the sub-text that underlies the presented challenge.
  3. Engage in a mutual success strategy - agree a "risk/reward" basis for fees

Supported the executive team of a major software vendor with developing market strategy for Central Europe.

Supported VP International Sales in European Telco with creation and development of Global Account Management strategy.
