Background and Experience:
Mary Crampsie is a Consultant Facilitator for the National College for School Leadership. She has a varied portfolio of work which includes the facilitation of education leadership development programmes for NCSL and the London Centre for Leadership in Learning, based at the Institute of Education, University of London. She taught in East London schools for 23 years and former roles include Assistant Director of The Urban Learning Foundation responsible for Initial Teacher Training, Ofsted inspector and External Adviser. As an Associate Consultant she has undertaken research for the Day Care Trust and a quality review of New York Schools.
Brief Description:
