Jan Bowen-Nielsen

Background and Experience:

I have 20+ years senior management experience from blue-chip companies in the UK, Denmark and USA, including President and CEO of an international business based in USA. During this time I gained extensive experience in leading change and turn arounds.

In 2003 I co-founded JBBI, a consultancy business focusing on helping senior executies lead large complex change programmes, especially where changes in culture, mindset and behaviours are essential to success. Coaching was a key support tool to help executives build their own leadership capabilities and to successfully drive the transformations forward.

In 2009 I left JBBI to build a new business, Quiver Management, focusing on coaching of senior executives and leadership teams.

Brief Description:

I have coached and mentored in excess of 50 senior executives in FTSE 100 companies and helped build numerous high performance leadership teams. Clients include Shell, Lloyds Banking Group, Tesco, Scottish Water, NHS, Macquarie Bank and Fujitsu Services.
