My business BlueKiteCoach is currently supporting the learning of education professionals with a focus on management teams and developing coaching networks. Most recently, I am engaged in designing and delivering a programme of workshops to leading teachers becoming a network of regional internal coaches.
In September 2009 I became a qualified professional coach.
