During my earlier years in the Royal Marines, and later as a financial advisor, I was privileged to uncover incredible strategies and techniques for achieving professional and personal fulfillment. Seventeen years ago, Noble-Manhattan, Inc. was born and, since then, we have helped more than ten thousand individuals learn how to achieve their own sense of harmony, balance and success in life and work.
As recently as ten years ago, the idea of coaching was dismissed as unnecessary. Today, the stress of our digital world and the nature of global business has turned coaching into a multi-million dollar enterprise, taken very seriously by some of the world’s most influential corporations.

I’m Gerard O’Donovan, founder and CEO of Noble-Manhattan, Inc., the U.K.’s premier and longest established professional coaching and coach training organization.
As CEO of Noble-Manhattan, Inc. I have had the unique opportunity to demonstrate these penetrating insights and practical wisdom through various world speaking engagements, where many have shown intense interest in understanding their roles in business development, corporate management and interpersonal communications. My continuous goal is to take these theories out of the textbook and apply them in a practical way, using examples from real-life experience, combined with progressive educational materials, to offer clients a well-rounded approach to achieving their goals and dreams.

Accomplished COACH, Gerard has trained over ten thousand people over the years in a range of areas. Professional / Educational Achievements:
The largest, privately owned life assurance business. Operating throughout the UK, this company had hundreds of consultants who, because of their first class training were able to offer a service second to none. The result of this was a company that had a turnover in excess of £1 million and was the highest business producer for its associate Insurance Company.
A legal services company, which brought a whole new concept to client services. Offering an extensive home service, which at that time was revolutionary it was received with gratitude and respect.
A large sales and distribution organisation throughout Europe and the Far East, consisting of over 4,000 people.
His main business remains Noble Manhattan Personal and Corporate Development. Complimenting perfectly his other business involvement Noble Manhattan is used for the training and development of not only his own companies but many, many others. Dealing with individuals and businesses alike there is an extensive range of standard courses continually operating, whilst many more are tailor-made for the individual client.
He specialises in helping people to achieve peak performance in everything they do. Although he covers a broad spectrum of topics he specialises in helping and coaching individuals and businesses using techniques incorporating accelerated learning skills. Gerard O'Donovan's skills have also been recognised by the Princes Youth Business Trust, set up by Prince Charles. The PYBT approached Gerard offering him a post as mentor. In this challenging role, Gerard helps young people to produce a business plan, seek funding and monitors progress, advising and steering each person in the right direction. Gerard particularly enjoys this role and takes pleasure in nurturing a new idea and watching it grow into a successful business.
