Background and Experience:
I have worked as a professional coach and mentor since Oct. 2003. I completed the Advanced Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring (ACCM) with the CIPD/OCM and was awarded a ‘Distinction’ in July 2006.
I am an ACC accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have just been awareded Senior Practitioner under the EMCC EIA scheme.
I have worked extensively on my own professional development. Firstly, through organizations like the CIPD, OCM, EMCC and ICF. Secondly, by acquiring skills in evaluating emotional intelligence and in coaching and facilitating team building events or action learning groups.
