Background and Experience:

In early 2010, I started my own business as an Executive Coach and Talent Management Consultant, working internationally. My company is: Altus Talent.

I have 20+ years of corporate human resources experience dealing at senior and Board levels in international organizations, working in various HR roles (VP, Group Manager, Team leader, consultant) and sectors such as the United Nations; oil & gas; chemicals; and the metallurgical sectors.

I lead a very international life and career. I was born in Brussels, Belgium, and have lived and worked in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, UK and USA; and travelled to many more countries. This has enabled me to appreciate the diversity and richness of operating in multicultural, cross-business teams and experience different cultures. I speak French and English fluently, and currently live in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Throughout my career I have experienced multitudes of challenges which have helped me grow as an executive, an HR professional and a coach; as an individual, I have gone through significant personal changes and challenges which, too, contributed to my overall growth and development. On the business side, I have good organizational and business knowledge, and knowledge of management and leadership challenges.

Location: I am based in The Hague, The Netherlands, but I work internationally.
