Our approach to the development of leadership and personal effectiveness through coaching, is based on using creative approaches, which are drawn from a range of backgrounds. For example, Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Learning Styles, Accelerated Learning, use of metaphor and more. These maximise the opportunity to develop and ensure individuals get more from our coaching programmes.
