Background and Experience:
I have been an independent training consultant for about 15 years, specialising in people management, interpersonal skills, women's development, working under pressure. I have provided training for clients in both public and private sectors including voluntary sector.
I have been a professional and personal development coach for about the last six years - about 300 hours experience.
My first career was in publishing where I spent about 10 years as an editor and commissioning editor in educational publishing (mostly OUP and Blackwells) generating turnover, developing and managing projects, and managing others.
Brief Description:
I work with people at all levels in one-to-one coaching sessions on performance and personal development issues. My training and experience enable me to work with people on three main gateways to change:

The coachee sets the agenda. I use listening, questioning and a variety of different models to help coachees to achieve the outcomes they want.
