Hello. I'm in Programme Support here at The OCM and have been with the company since 2002.
My main role is to set up and support candidates/delegates during their programme - a bit like having a your own personal helpdesk! In general, I ensure the PSS online learning materials are appropriate and up-to-date, and that everything runs smoothly for the faculty members and candidates in their daily activity on The OCM's programmes.
If you're currently working towards a qualification with us, or have already graduated, then we've probably already been in contact with each other!
