We also are now offering two new Coaching and Mentoring qualifications in 2011
- Foundation Certificate in Organisational Coaching
- Intermediate Certificate in Organisational Coach-mentoring
Both qualifications are run in collaboration with the OCM (formally the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring) and will not only help you achieve a high standard of individual coaching and mentoring expertise, but also develop your knowledge of coaching models and strategies that can be applied to drive organisational objectives.
