As you can see from the profile, my name is Alun :)
My background is traditional HR and personal coaching, although I stopped working in HR back in 2002. Since then I have worked as both a career and outplacement coach and more latterly (in the last 5 years) specifically focused on spiritual and personal development.
I have over 17 years' experience of coaching a wide range of people on a wide range of topics. Although I specialise in personal and spiritual coaching, I'm happy to help where I can or refer people to someone who I feel could help them better.
Brief Description:
I describe my work as Spiritual Evolution Coaching - that is, helping people personally and spiritual evolve by letting go of fears that are holding them back and allow their authentic self to shine through.
