Eric Parlsoe launches new Mentoring and Befriending initiative - The idea stems from the increasing amount of Mentoring work he has been undertaking recently and the interest it has generated. If you'd like to join him these are the next steps:  Go to his Peer and Community Mentoring Group on Coachvine (www.thecoachvine.com ) and join it!  Feel free to communicate via CoachVine or contact him directly by email (eric@theocm.co.uk).  Eric is encouraging the group to think about some action research ideas, for example: How might we promote peer and community mentoring as an activity with as much social validity as ‘Executive Coaching’? What are the similarities and overlaps between the different professional coaching accreditation processes?  Could the EIA process be made simpler and more user friendly to encourage take up?  Eric is very interested in your feedback and suggestions on his new project.
