My boss thinks my communication is weak at times. He has pointed it out a couple of times. My style is short and direct without going into the specifics especially when the context is very clear. Although, I felt that it was appropriate for the subject in question. How should I tackle this issue without pointing my boss that he is not correct in his stance.
