This event will explore the relationship between our stillness as a coach and our ability to attend to and move with the coachee before us.  The session will use a process of awareness-raising for us, as coaches, in the coaching relationship: This will include looking at:

 How to pay attention to our own responses and those of the coachee

• Our ability to respond to and initiate change in the coaching relationship
• Creating pace, energy and warmth as well as holding attention, focus and authority. 

We will explore the language of the Coaching Signatures model as part of the theory of Human Ecology.  Using this model we will discover a repertoire of movements for the coach to achieve an ideal coaching rhythm for achieving desired outcomes.
